I tried some of the other software out there and found them functionally lacking.

It has Changed a lot since 2014 Quicken but is still quirky and not user friendly on the other hand there is little out there to compete with this program.

I like been able to figuring out new things on my own, so this is giving something to keep me sharp.

I needed a update since 2010, there were some nice changes.

This is the 2nd time I have had issues with an Intuit product and no solution was presented. The only way to work with the new Quicken was to START FROM SCRATCH and have to reset all of my saved payees, tax associations, etc. Talked with 4 tech support individuals and have had multiple emails to tech support. They could not, and still cannot figure it out. Most of the info transferred over but I could not communicate with the bank any more.

Once I upgraded from Quicken 2013 to 2017, they could not figure out how to move my old information from my old file to my new file.
